This new advocacy pack can be used to support health care facilities in planning and conducting activities to accelerate hand hygiene efforts. It consists of evidence-based materials on the impact, current practice, and strategies for hand hygiene in healthcare facilities, and provides sample messages to amplify communication efforts. It also links to the WHO global annual (5 May) hand hygiene campaign – SAVE LIVES: Clean Your Hands.
